Welcome to Word Hunt Academy. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our mobile app, website, games, content, virtual items, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Word Hunt Academy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These Terms are written for practical product use and app store readiness, but they are not a substitute for legal advice. You should have them reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch.

1. About Word Hunt Academy

Word Hunt Academy is a casual word-search and vocabulary learning app. The app may allow players to:

• Play word-search puzzles by category and difficulty.
• Learn word definitions and vocabulary.
• Earn coins through gameplay and daily rewards.
• Spend coins on hints, category unlocks, backgrounds, or other virtual items.
• Watch optional rewarded ads for bonus rewards.
• Purchase coin packages or other eligible digital items through platform in-app purchases.
• Save progress locally or, where available, through an optional account.

Features may change over time as we improve the app.

2. Eligibility and Audience

Word Hunt Academy is intended for a general audience, including casual puzzle players and students. The app is not intended to be marketed as a child-directed product unless we specifically update the app, store listing, privacy policy, and compliance practices for that purpose.

You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the app. If you are under the age required to consent to these Terms in your location, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Privacy

Your use of Word Hunt Academy is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you may have.

4. Guest Play and Accounts

Word Hunt Academy may allow you to play as a guest without creating an account. Guest play is designed to let you start quickly.

Some features may require an account or sign-in, such as:

• Protecting purchases or progress.
• Restoring eligible purchases.
• Syncing supported data across devices.
• Accessing paid content-pack entitlements.
• Requesting account deletion.
• Resolving purchase or support issues.

Guest progress may be stored locally on your device. Local guest progress may be lost if you delete the app, reset your device, clear app data, change devices, or experience device storage failure. We are not responsible for lost guest progress that was not connected to a supported account or sync feature.

If account features are offered, you are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

5. Coins, Rewards, and Virtual Items

Word Hunt Academy may include coins, hints, backgrounds, category unlocks, badges, content packs, or other virtual items.

Virtual items are licensed to you for use inside the app only. They:

• Have no cash value.
• Are not real money or stored monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or assigned outside the app.
• May be changed, rebalanced, limited, suspended, or discontinued as allowed by law.

We may adjust coin rewards, hint prices, unlock costs, daily bonuses, background prices, category availability, or other economy settings to improve balance, prevent abuse, or update the product.

We may remove or correct coins, rewards, unlocks, or virtual items that were granted due to fraud, error, technical issues, duplicate callbacks, tampering, or violation of these Terms.

6. In-App Purchases

Word Hunt Academy may offer in-app purchases, such as coin packages or eligible premium items.

All purchases made through the app are processed by the applicable app store platform, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Your purchase is also subject to the payment terms, refund rules, and policies of that platform.

We do not directly control platform billing decisions, payment processing, chargebacks, or platform refund approvals.

Purchased coins or consumable items are generally granted once after successful purchase validation. Non-consumable purchases, if offered, may be restorable according to applicable platform rules and product design.

Failed, canceled, pending, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or unverified purchases may not grant coins, content, or entitlements.

7. Restore Purchases

If the app offers restorable purchases, a Restore Purchases option may be available in Settings, Shop, or another appropriate area.

Restore behavior may depend on:

• The platform account used for the original purchase.
• Whether the item is consumable or non-consumable.
• Whether the purchase was successfully validated.
• Whether the purchase is connected to an app account or platform entitlement.
• Apple App Store or Google Play restore rules.

Consumable coin packs are generally not restored after they have already been consumed or granted, except where required for reconciliation of successful but ungranted transactions.

8. Rewarded Ads and Advertising

Word Hunt Academy may show optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may allow you to earn extra coins, multiply a daily bonus, double completion rewards, receive hints, or access other optional rewards.

Rewarded ads are optional. You do not need to watch rewarded ads to play normal puzzles.

Rewards from ads are granted only after the app receives a valid successful completion callback from the ad provider. If an ad is skipped, fails, is unavailable, times out, is interrupted, or does not return a valid completion result, the bonus reward may not be granted.

The app may also include non-rewarded ads, such as interstitial ads, if enabled. We aim to avoid showing ads during active puzzle play and to keep ad experiences respectful.

If a Remove Ads purchase is offered, it will apply according to the purchase description shown in the app. Remove Ads may not remove optional rewarded ads because rewarded ads are user-initiated bonus opportunities.

9. Game Content and Educational Content

Word Hunt Academy may include word lists, definitions, example sentences, hints, SAT vocabulary, educational categories, casual categories, and other learning content.

We work to provide accurate and appropriate content, but the app is provided for entertainment and general learning support. It is not a substitute for professional tutoring, academic advising, official test preparation materials, or school curriculum.

We may add, update, remove, disable, rebalance, or replace words, definitions, categories, puzzles, backgrounds, features, or content packs at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Word Hunt Academy. You may not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate gameplay rewards.
• Tamper with coin balances, purchases, unlocks, entitlements, ads, or local data.
• Attempt to bypass purchase validation or restore systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create unauthorized versions of the app, except where allowed by law.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or tools to abuse rewards or app systems.
• Interfere with app servers, services, ads, analytics, purchases, or security systems.
• Upload, submit, or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment status.
• Violate app store rules or third-party service terms that apply to your use of the app.

We may suspend, limit, reset, or terminate access to the app or specific features if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the app, committed fraud, or created risk for other users, the app, or our services.

11. User Feedback and Suggestions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. You are not required to provide feedback.

12. Ownership and License

Word Hunt Academy, including its design, software, artwork, word content, categories, backgrounds, interfaces, logos, systems, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment and learning purposes, subject to these Terms.

You do not acquire ownership of the app, coins, virtual items, content, or any related intellectual property.

13. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for features such as:

• App store purchases.
• Ads and rewarded videos.
• Analytics.
• Crash reporting.
• Authentication.
• Cloud services.
• Customer support.

Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

14. App Stores

If you download Word Hunt Academy from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app platform, you also agree to follow that platform's applicable rules.

The app store provider is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the app unless required by its own terms. Purchase, refund, and billing issues may need to be handled through the applicable app store.

15. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, app update, account sign-in, platform services, or third-party services.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Word Hunt Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will meet your expectations.
• Puzzles, definitions, hints, rewards, or content will always be error-free.
• Your progress will never be lost.
• Third-party services will always function correctly.
• Rewards, ads, purchases, or restore flows will always be available at all times.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplify Interactive and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost progress, lost virtual items, device issues, service interruptions, or purchase-related issues caused by third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us through the app in the 6 months before the claim, or
• USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on certain liabilities, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simplify Interactive and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of law or third-party rights.
• Fraud, abuse, cheating, tampering, or unauthorized activity connected to your use of the app.

19. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the app or certain features if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms.
• You engaged in fraud, abuse, cheating, or tampering.
• Your activity creates legal, security, technical, or business risk.
• We are required to do so by law, platform rules, or third-party service requirements.

Termination may result in loss of access to progress, coins, virtual items, unlocks, or account features, except where otherwise required by law or platform policy.

20. Account Deletion

If account features are available, you may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us at:

Deleting an account may permanently remove or disconnect account-backed progress, settings, entitlements, and related data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and platform requirements.

Deleting the app from your device may not delete server-side account data if you created or linked an account.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or on our website.

Your continued use of Word Hunt Academy after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Simplify Interactive is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.

Before launch, replace this section with the governing law and dispute-resolution language recommended by your attorney.
